🧾 Return and Refund Policy – BALTORA

At Baltora, we strive to offer high-quality tech products that surprise and delight our customers. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return policy.


Eligibility for Return

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be:

    • In the same condition as received

    • Unworn or unused

    • With original tags and packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

We’ll verify and confirm your return request within 48 working hours.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

🛑 Do not ship any product without prior return approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


🔧 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us at help.baltora@gmail.com within 24 hours if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or

  • You’ve received the wrong item

We'll evaluate the issue and offer a solution such as a replacement, refund, or repair.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., grooming kits)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable gadgets, batteries not sold with products)

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Once approved, place a new order


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified if the refund is approved or rejected

  • If approved, your refund will be initiated within 10 business days to your original payment method

📌 Note: Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

📍 Important Notes

  • This policy applies to orders shipped within India only

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer after verification

  • Return shipping is free, unless otherwise mentioned at the time of sale

  • Final Sale items (as tagged on product pages) are not eligible for return
