🚚 Shipping Policy – BALTORA

At BALTORA, we are committed to delivering your tech gadgets with care, speed, and transparency. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes or stock availability delays, processing time may extend. We will notify you in such cases via email or phone.


📦 Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within India.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and logistics provider constraints.


🚚 Shipping Partners

We use trusted logistics services integrated via Shiprocket (or other shipping partners) to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Some promotional products may offer Free Shipping. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


🚫 Delivery Delays

BALTORA is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation strikes

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

  • Unreachable mobile number at the time of delivery

If any delay is expected, we will inform you promptly via email or phone.


🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

  • You can track your order via the link provided or directly through our delivery partner’s portal.

📍 Shipping Address Guidelines

Please ensure that:

  • Your address and contact number are accurate and complete.

  • The contact number is reachable during courier delivery hours.

We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


🔁 Failed Deliveries / Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Shiprocket (or any other shipping partner) will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.

  • If the delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • If a prepaid or COD order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:

    • We will contact you to reconfirm the address.

    • Re-shipping charges may apply.

    • If we are unable to reach you for 7 days, the order will be cancelled.


🚫 P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses


Order Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may still request a return under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if eligible.
